Mary Bradley is happy to meet with potential clients in person for a free consultation to discuss their needs and review pricing in detail. Mary's flexible pricing allows you to decide what amount of help is right for you! Mary Bradley Events specializes in day of coordination but is happy to assist with everything from booking vendors and attending meetings to stuffing envelopes and assembling favors. If you need additional help with event design and personal shopping, Mary offers An al a carte menu. Doing your own decor or have some custom touches that need to be set up at your event? Mary can also handle those details and bring on additional set up staff to help get the job done. In order to provide optimal service Mary Blocks out both the day before and after your event for rehearsals and day after festivities if needed.

Day of Coordination

10 Hour Minimum required, $500 deposit to book services include:

- Unlimited phone and email consulting between client and Mary Bradley leading up to event

- Finalizing all details with event vendors 2 - 4 weeks prior to event
- Includes initial and final detail meetings not to exceed 6 hours each

Initial Meeting

In depth review of event - Budget, Vendors, Timeline, Logistics, Decor etc…

Final Details Meeting

2 - 4 weeks prior to

Review all final details including, vendors, timeline, logistics, set up, etc.

Coordinator will review timeline and vendor details with each vendor.

Wedding/Event Rehearsal

Required 2 hour Minimum, Billed hourly

1-3 days prior to wedding

Coordination of wedding ceremony and rehearsal

Wedding/Event Day

Required 8 hour Minimum, Billed hourly

Coordination of wedding day

A La Carte Services

Any additional In-person consultations/meetings, Billed hourly

Any labor (i.e. assembling invites, parting gifts), Billed hourly

Booking of vendors: Service fee will be charged based on a 15% of original invoices Includes negotiating client contracts as well as all phone calls and e-mails with vendors leading up to event.

Mary is happy to set up and help pull together the look for you event with her team of design vendors. All design vendors will bill client directly and a separate 15% service fee will be billed per invoice to client by Mary Bradley events for setting up and booking these vendors. Event Design Services Include: Tents, Draping, Special Event Lighting, Specialty Rentals, Furniture Rentals, Linen Rentals, Tabletop Rentals, Greenery Rentals / Props
Shopping Services Include: Stationary (Invitations, postage, RSVP, accommodation, Thank you, Maps, ), Guest Book, Ring Bearer Pillow, Parting Gifts, Bridal Party Gifts. Stationery ( Programs, Menus, Table Numbers etc ), Toasting Glasses, Candy Bars, Favors, Framed Pictures, Autograph Frames, Thumbprint Trees, Escort Card Display Boards, Out of Town Guest Gifts, Hotel Gift Bags, Ceremony Specialties
